Jennifer N. Levin is a writer and author of Generation Care: The New Culture of Caregiving (Hachette/Grand Central Publishing). Her work has been published in The Washington Post, Oprah Daily, German newspaper Berliner Zeitung, Cosmopolitan, Ms. Magazine, and more. She began her career in scripted television, working on dramas including “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation”, “The Chicago Code”, and “The Following”. She currently develops international comedy-dramas and is writing a novel.
A leading voice in how the US family care crisis impacts the Millennial generation and younger adults, Jennifer has been featured on national media including NBC News, NPR, LinkedIn News, and The New York Times. She consults on caregiver experience and policies for major corporations, as well as served on a Steering Committee of the National Alliance for Caregiving during the pandemic.
Jennifer founded Caregiver Collective, an online support community for Millennial family caregivers and anyone feeling “too young for this” (2k+ members). PBS NewsHour named Caregiver Collective a “solution” for Millennials in the caregiver role.
Jennifer splits her time between her hometown of New York City, and Berlin, Germany.
